Power of Attorney

Power of Attorney

A power of attorney is a document that allows someone to act on your behalf if you cannot act for yourself.  A power of attorney can be used as an estate planning tool, so that someone can act on your behalf should you become incapacitated, or it can be used if you are unable to be physically present to take certain actions or to sign documents.

It is important to understand all of the rights that you would want someone to have on your behalf, as well as the circumstances under which they would be authorized to act on your behalf.  Call The Pollard Firm, PLLC today to schedule a consultation with an attorney who can help you draft a document that meets your specific needs.
